The market runs every Saturday of the year, so the list goes on past December. It does close on some holidays: it canceled its July 4 market in 2026 and reopened July 11. The market posts weekly updates and any closures on its Facebook and Instagram pages, so check there before a holiday weekend.
The next market falls on a festival day on the Square: HarvestFest on Oct. 17. Expect more people downtown and fewer open parking spaces that morning.
Where it is and parking
The market’s address is 41 Mill St., Marietta. From Interstate 75, the market’s own directions are: take Exit 265, go 1.5 miles west on the Route 120 Loop (North Marietta Parkway), turn left onto Church Street toward the Square, then right onto Mill Street.
From the city’s downtown parking page:
- Street parking around the Square is free, with a two-hour limit.
- The City Hall deck, 205 Lawrence St., is free all day on weekends.
- The city lots at 41 Mill St. and 36 Atlanta St. are free for up to two hours between 5 a.m. and 6 p.m.
- The city lots at 268 Lawrence St. and 95 Cole St. are free all day on weekends.

Tickets and cost
No tickets are needed and the market does not publish an entry charge. Each vendor sets its own prices. The market’s website does not say whether vendors accept SNAP or EBT; call the market at 770-499-9393 to ask before you go.
What to know
- What is for sale: fresh produce, including heirloom tomatoes and fruits and vegetables the market says are rarely sold in grocery stores, along with staples such as potatoes, onions, squash and beans. Vendors also sell cut flowers, local honey, herbal soaps, whole grain breads, jellies, jams and preserves, and garden, yard and herb plants.
- Who sells: the market’s rules say every product is grown or otherwise made by the vendor selling it. The vendor list shows who is selling this season.
- Go early: the market closes at noon.
- Arts and crafts: the Marietta Square Artisan Market sets up on Mill Street across from the farmers market on Saturdays.
- Questions: Market Director Johnny Fulmer, 770-499-9393, or the market’s contact page. Growers and makers apply to sell through the vendor application.
