New Marietta business license filings: Hibbett on Roswell Road, Porsche Atlanta Northwest on Windy Hill Road, a grocery, salons and a day care. Licensing: 770-794-5520.
Last checked Oct. 5, 2026. This is the first monthly roundup, covering business license filings with opening dates from Sept. 1 to Oct. 24, 2026. Every item comes from the City of Marietta’s Business License Submittals list. The city says the list shows applications received and “does not in any way guarantee or imply application approval.” A filing is not an opening; we list what has been filed and the opening date given. The roundup is rebuilt each month.
When a business sets up inside the Marietta city limits, it files for a business license and occupation tax with the city’s Business License Division. The city posts each filing with the date the business plans to open, its name and what it does. Businesses at Marietta mailing addresses outside the city limits license with Cobb County and do not appear here.
